1. What is the date of the R³ 2025 Women’s Retreat?
The retreat dates are: September 11-15, 2025
2. Where is the R³ 2025 Women’s Retreat held?
The R³ Retreat is being held in Tulum Mexico at Holistika Resort designed to support the goals of the retreat’s visionary and guests. The exact resort will be revealed to attendees during pre-retreat activities.
3. How do I register for the women's retreat?
An Interest Form is required to make sure you are a good fit for the retreat. Once you have completed the Interest Form, schedule your Connection Call with Pat, your travel buddy. The cost of the Connection Call is $25.
4. What is included in the retreat package?
The retreat package includes accommodations, meals, non-alcoholic beverages, exclusively led spiritual practices, yoga, pre and post retreat activities and access to all resort amenities such as pool, boutique shop, etc. Flights are not included. $250 deposit and Connection Call Fee will be applied to the total cost.
5. What is the itinerary for the retreat?
The retreat is custom designed to meet the needs of the attendees. Some activities will be revealed prior to arrival while some activities will remain undisclosed until arrival at the resort.
6. Can I bring a friend or family member who is not attending the retreat?
We are buying the complete resort out for the R³ Women’s Retreat. Therefore, only registered and paid individuals will be permitted on the resort during the retreat.
7. Are there any special dietary accommodations available?
Yes, the resort caters to various dietary preferences and restrictions. Please inform us of any specific requirements during the registration process, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
8. What should I pack for the retreat?
Pack light and breathable clothing, yoga clothes, dinner wear, swimsuits, sunscreen, a hat, and insect repellent. Consider clothing that makes you feel free, empowered and beautiful. It is also advisable to bring a light rain jacket or umbrella due to the possibility of rain showers. Comfortable footwear for outdoor activities is also recommended. A detailed list will be released closer to the date of the retreat.

9. Is transportation provided from the airport to the resort?
Yes, round trip airport transfers to Tulum Felipe Carrillo Puerto International (TQO) are included in your rate. Keep in mind that there is another airport, Cancún International Airport (CUN), but it is about 1 hour and 45 minutes away from the Tulum airport. If you choose this airport you will need to handle transportation on your own.
10. Are men allowed to attend the women's retreat?
R³ 2025 Women’s Retreat is specifically designed for women. Men are not allowed at the retreat.
11. What safety measures are in place at the resort?
The resort follows strict safety and hygiene protocols. These include regular cleaning, sanitization, and adherence to local health guidelines. Your well-being is our top priority.

12. Which airport should I fly into to get to the R³ 2025 Women’s Retreat?
The main international airport serving Tulum is Felipe Carrillo Puerto International (TQO). When planning your trip to Tulum, you should book your flight to Felipe Carrillo Puerto International (TQO), as it is the primary gateway for international arrivals. This airport is located about 30 mins away from the hotel.
Keep in mind that there is another airport, Cancún International Airport (CUN), but it is about 1 hour and 45 minutes away from the Tulum airport. If you choose this airport you will be responsible for transportation on your own.
13. What is the typical weather in Tulum during September?
You can expect Daytime average daily temperatures of 84-88°F and Nighttime temperatures average about 78-82°F (Tulum weather in September can be sunny and warm, or overcast with rain showers. Though they’re usually short showers, you can still expect rain)
14. How do I apply for a passport?
Passport application forms are available online on the official government website or can be obtained in person at passport acceptance facilities, such as post offices or government offices. Check out the official government website to learn more about obtaining a passport in an area closest to you.

15. Can I receive a refund if I decide I cannot attend?
The $25 Connection Call Fee is refundable only if the planning director decides that you are not
a good fit for the retreat. After you are approved as a retreat participant following the Connection
Call, the initial deposit is due. Deposits and payments are non-refundable.

5. Is Transportation/Shuttle included?
Yes, transportation from Tulum airport is included in your package. We will be scheduling 3 main shuttles for group transportation based on flight arrival times. If you are flights outside of these main group shuttle you will need to coordinate transportation to/from resort on your own. Please have flight details to travel agent by Aug 1.
*If you are flying into Cancun airport which is about 1.5hrs away you will need to arrange for your own shuttle on arrival and departure.
6. How do I arrange transportation shuttle?
Once your flight is booked please send flight details to Tica Taylor, travel agent, via text 708-980-7558 or email tntentllc2020@gmail.com to arrange shuttle service. If you do not send this information then the shuttle will not be arranged.
7. Is travel insurance available?
Yes, you can add travel insurance through Tin leg by using my link below. There are several different packages available so you will need to enter all of you travel information and select which package works best for you. Please read in detail as each package is different. 8. What room type will I receive?
Rooms are Run of House, meaning assigned at check in. We have a group block with (14) Two Queen bed rooms and (10) King Bed rooms. The rooms are minimalistic and focused on relaxation. Rooms can be reviewed on the website.
9. What time is check in and check out?
Check in anytime after 3:00 PM, check out anytime before 12:00 PM
10. Does the resort have a pool?
Absolutely, the is (1) main pool for this 24 room Boutique hotel. Photos available on the website link.
11. Is food included with our package?
Yes, breakfast, lunch and dinner will be included at the onsite restaurant with your package. The restaurant focus on health-conscious food items and our group will have a menu designed and selected. If you would like any additional items, it will be at your own cost. The restaurant is open to the public.
12. Is alcohol served at this hotel?
No, alcohol is not served onsite as this is a wholistic retreat focusing on cleansing your mind, body and soul through healthy choices. You can bring alcohol in your luggage and keep in the room for consumption but Alcohol bottles are not allowed in public spaces. You can carry a personal cup filled with your choice of beverage.
13. What activities are offered onsite?
Your package does include 1 Free Yoga class, Ice meditation and Temazcal (sweat lodge) activities. Any additional classes will need to be scheduled and paid for through the activities link. Classes are open to the public.
14. How far is the resort from Town and Beach?
Holistika is about 10-20 minutes away from the beach and local town for restaurants and nightlife. Taxi will be arranged and paid for as needed on a personal expense basis.
